From real feedback to real progress.
Rally runs in cycles. Each one takes a leader from honest feedback, gathered in short AI conversations, to a focused plan built on your company's own values and competencies. Their coach and an AI coach work alongside them, and the People team sees the whole program as it happens.

People team
The People team sets up the program.
Bring your company values or competency framework, add the leaders in your cohort, assign each one a coach, and choose how to pay. Leaders never see billing; they get an invite and start.
- Use your own values, competencies and performance markers
- Priced per leader, paid by the People team
- Pay by card, or ask for an invoice
- Bring your own coaches, or [work with Rally's coach network]
The people around the leader share feedback in a conversation.
Leaders invite their direct reports, peers and manager. Each one has a 10 to 20 minute AI intake call that asks follow-up questions and gets to real examples, the detail a form misses. Anyone who'd rather type can take the survey instead.
- Rally sends reminders, so the leader never has to chase
- The People Partner can add stakeholders too
Rally turns the answers into a leadership profile.
One clear page, organized around your company's values and competencies: the same language as your performance reviews and existing programs. It shows where the leader is strongest and the one or two gaps worth working on. Every score is a number, every quote is word for word, and nobody is named.
- Scored against your competencies, with the team average alongside
- Quotes attributed by relationship, never by name
- Any group with fewer than 3 responses stays hidden
Leader and coach work from the same evidence.
The coach sees each assigned leader's profile before the first session, so time goes on the work, not the catch-up. Together they pick a focus and agree what to try. Rally also builds practical resources from the leader's profile and team, like a team charter and a "How to work with me" guide.
The AI coach keeps the work going between sessions.
When a hard conversation comes up on a Tuesday, the leader can ask Rally. The AI coach has read their feedback, so it answers about their team, not leaders in general.
- Answers first, then the evidence, then one thing to try
- Never invents feedback or names who said what
- Points the leader back to their coach for the bigger questions
The People team sees the whole program.
Track who's taking part, the themes your leaders share, and where they're making progress. Use it to show the program is working and decide where to invest next. Because everything maps to your own values and competencies, leadership development and performance reviews tell one story.
Who sees what.
Everyone gets the view they need, and nothing more. Stakeholders' answers are always anonymous.

Questions People teams ask.
What is the AI intake call?
A 10 to 20 minute conversation between a stakeholder and Rally's AI interviewer. It asks follow-up questions to get to real examples, then turns the answers into anonymous themes for the leader's profile. Anyone who prefers can take a short survey instead (about 8 minutes).
Can Rally use our own values or competencies?
Yes. Add your company values, leadership competencies or performance markers when you set up the program. Profiles, coaching plans and program reports all use them, so Rally speaks the same language as your reviews and existing programs. [Supported formats]
Is the feedback anonymous?
Yes. Answers are shown in aggregate and quotes are attributed by relationship, like "Peer". Any group with fewer than 3 responses is hidden.
Does the AI replace our coaches?
No. It helps leaders between sessions and sends the bigger questions back to their coach.
How do we pay?
Per leader, by card or invoice. The People team handles billing; leaders never see it. See pricing.
Can we use our own coaches?
