Trust and privacy

Feedback only works when people feel safe giving it.

Rally is built so stakeholders can be honest, leaders can be open, and People teams can roll it out with confidence. Here is exactly how we protect feedback and data.

Anonymous by design

Whether stakeholders talk or type, feedback is shown in aggregate. Quotes are attributed by relationship, like "Peer", never by name.

Small groups stay hidden

If fewer than 3 people in a group respond, like a leader's peers, that group's results aren't shown on their own.

For development, not evaluation

Rally is built to help leaders grow. [State whether profiles can be used in performance or promotion decisions.]

AI that doesn't make things up

The AI coach works only from a leader's own feedback, never names who said what, and says plainly when the feedback doesn't answer a question.

What happens to an intake call.

Stakeholders should know exactly what they're agreeing to before they start talking. Rally tells them at the start of every call.

  1. 1

    Before the call

The stakeholder sees who asked for feedback, how long it takes and how answers are used. They can choose the survey instead.

  2. 2

    During the call

Rally's AI interviewer asks about working with the leader, and follows up for examples. The stakeholder can skip any question or stop at any time.

  3. 3

    After the call

Rally turns the conversation into anonymous themes and short quotes for the leader's profile. [Whether calls are recorded, how long transcripts are kept, and who can access them.]

Who sees what.

Everyone gets the view they need, and nothing more.
